How do I calculate how many rolls of wallpaper I need?
To determine the number of rolls, measure the width and height of your walls in feet. Multiply these to get the total square footage and divide by the square footage listed on the roll (usually around 56 sq. ft.). We recommend adding 10-15% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
What is the difference between 'Pre-pasted' and 'Non-woven' wallpaper?
Pre-pasted wallpaper comes with adhesive already on the back that is activated with water. Non-woven wallpaper requires the 'paste-the-wall' technique, where you apply adhesive directly to the wall surface, making it easier to install and remove without damaging the drywall.
How long does shipping take for wallcovering orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I return unused wallpaper rolls?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and undamaged rolls within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my wallpaper rolls have different batch numbers?
It is crucial to use the same batch (or lot) number for a single wall to ensure color consistency. If you receive different batch numbers, please contact our customer support team before installation so we can assist with an exchange.
Are your wallcoverings moisture-resistant for bathrooms?
Many of our vinyl and non-woven products are moisture-resistant and can be used in well-ventilated bathrooms. However, we do not recommend direct contact with water or installation inside shower stalls.
