Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened wallpaper rolls in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
